Hands up if you grew up to Harish Bhimani's 'samay' and the lessons it held. Hands up, if you grew up sympathizing with the daanveer Karna, and admiring the 'akhand pratigya' of Devavrath Bheeshma. Hands up, if you wanna relive the memories and scrutinize every scene once again!

Before we proceed, here are some rules to be taken care of.

This is discussion thread of BRC Mahabharat only. Do not discuss any other MB here.

Creative criticism is allowed. But bashing any character, member is not allowed.

B R Chopra's Mahabharat first aired on DD National and had a 94 episode run from 2nd October 1988 to 24th June 1990. It gained immense popularity during its original run-time and remains a favourite among mytho lovers even after 28 long years.

This was a wonderful idea and I can't thank you enough!! Still, the charm of Main Samay Hoon can't me matched... And not to forget the magical yet solid title track which gave the perfect depth to this Epic...

So that's what I call it... The Epic Mahabharata!

Loved Nitish Bhardwaj as Krishna and Mukesh Khanna as Bheeshma ❤️

Hats off to this unique creation which remains unmatched in the History of Indian Television

main samay hun, samay jo sabse prithak hain aur woh jo sab se juda huaa bhi hain. main hi hun jo is thread kaa idea dene wala. aur mujhe toh is thread mein hona hi chaihiye. pranaam sabhi ko meri aur se.
