How to add any forum in MY FORUMS???

Hello all... I am finding it since last two days but to may bad luck I am not getting how to add any forum in MY FOEUMS list...Please help me out with this...

Once you open a forum, there should be a star on the left side of the "My Forums" drop down tab on the top of the page. Click on it. And that should work?
