Don't know about Kasturi, but when the court doesn't accept a mentally unstable person's testimony, why does she so religiously believe it to be correct?? Shouldn't she send the inspector after Shivani, to investigate why she took her own brother's name? And if she is really mentally unstable??

Instead of finding proof and the killer, she's doing all these things..
