She looks more punjabi to me.

Especially with the loud colord of her clothed and hairdo that is similar to Simmi's hairdo.

As for the petals in hair that can be only a touch of decoration like even western small girls wear with their dress.

There is no doubt RD will be play the surrogate baby...that is why 7 years leap is taken to show a 7 year kid and also they think people will accept the surrogate baby as well.

And since other spoilers are coming true there is high chances of this spoiler to come true. Now let see it will be revealed within next week i guess.
