Following this diet plan will help you lose three kilos in just ten days. So here is your menu for the next two weeks:
Early Morning
Amla water ( 4-5 soaked overnight).
Breakfast
1bowl of papaya
1 bowl of sprouts and
Lemon water/kheera juice.
Mid-morning
1 glass of Coconut water/kheera juice/tomato juice.
Lunch
glass of warm water hour before lunch.
1 plate salad
Vegetables (all, except potato and arbi)
Curd (I katori vegetable raita)
2 bran roti (50% wheat flour and 50 % bran) with stuffing of onion/palak/methi/gobhi etc).
Evening Tea
1 bowl fruit (guava, oranges and mausambi)
Dinner (by 8 pm)
1 bowl of chicken and salads
or
Fish/egg ( 1yellow and 2 egg whites) and salads
or
Paneer and salads
or
Nutrela and salads
Take glass of warm water after dinner.
AVOID: Banana, chiku, grapes, sweets and sugar, cold drinks and fried food.
TAKE: Only double toned milk and its products and sugar free pills.
