Follow the steps given below ---
1. First upload the picture to photo sharing website like https://postimage.org/.
2. They will give you a "Direct link", copy that link.
3. Click on the button that lies in between Hyper link and Emoticons (Use the Pictures given below as a reference).
4. When you click that button, a dialog box will pop up (The picture of the box is given below). Now, paste the link you just copied (from Postimage.org) in the Image URL textbox (Make sure that you get rid of the "http://" from the textbox before pasting the direct link) and Click on "Preview" and then OK. There you go, you have your picture. (You can also adjust height, width, border and alignment of the picture, in the dialog box before pressing OK)
P.S. You have to create Account with Imgur and Postimage is easier and simple. if you want to resize the pictures you can do that in Postimage,org website.
