It was a beautiful episode.Both literally and symbolically. What happened to Swa. Doesn't she has truth with her. Isnt she fighting for the right people. Still she sat at a corner. Frightened. Unable to mouth words. Singhvi was accusing her of having ulterior motive. To have media coverage, to make money. And poor Swa was remembering her lines she wanted to be the voice of the voiceless. And that voice was not coming.

And Singhvi told one thing, Lie doesn't have legs and Swa proved lie doesn't have tongue also. Is that true.

Yes it is true when truth starts speaking, when truth starts walking lie will sit at a corner.

But why truth is not walking and talking. Problem lies in presentation of truth. See the way Singhvi and Ahuja presenting lie. They are presenting it as if that lie is the truth. And with words they are cowing down freedom. With mindless attacks on emotions freedom of expression is curtailed. And freedom, poor freedom it lacks directions. It doesn't know how to present itself the right way in this mahal of lies and attacks.

Afraid of failure freedom sits quiet. But we need to see though cowed down, freedom speaks for truth. Singvi is denied his 3 minute victory. Freedom gets a second hearing date. But freedom doesn't look at that aspect that she got second hearing. She is still numbed by the personal attacks she suffered. In her mind she had conceded defeat.

That has to change. And what do you need for that. Of course Principle. Her convictions has to be strong and she needs to know the art of presenting her convictions.

Today Adarsh was in driving seat, swa in side seat. That is what happens when Principle is in driving seat. Theory achi hai, but cannot put into action. It was to be reverse. Swa has to be in driving seat, principal bagal mein. Freedom has to drive with confidence guided by principal.

Let us see what happens and how it goes.

A good epi, actually it showed that just having the truth on your side ain't enough. You should have the guts to stand up and prove it, or in this case at least say it!!

As I said earlier I knew the first hearing would hit her really hard and it did. She a freshman in terms of law practice. Singhvi knew that she wasn't confident enough and had forged evidence on his side, so he pressed her buttons and she cornered. But she'll be the stronger person in the 2nd hearing for it. Singhvi hasn't yet realised that a wounded tigress attacks better.😊

About the personal attacks on her, is that even allowed in a court of law. The judge just sat there while Singhvi humiliated her. I was just hoping he'd yell at Singhvi.

@sehar personal attacks happen in court. Especially when it is powerful people like Singhvi, when the other does not have anything solid for proof.

Why did Singhvi attack her, because she didn't had anything to show. So he was able to run away with maligning her intention of taking the case.

But what he forgot is if she wanted to do anything of those why isn't it speaking. Where will she get money, where will she get media attention if she cant speak in court.

He is trying mental attack. They are actually shocked that she got a second hearing date. And that is what Swa has to capitalize on. And I hope she manages to get some clue in that file. Maybe she will not get clue, as that man would have given her the wrong file.

I feel something Adarsh did in the party epi is gonna come for her rescue. That scene was not for nothing. He asking her to be silent.

awsome post & an amazing analysis.

today's epi was really good specially tridha's acting. she portrayed nervousness , fear , shock too well. brilliant performance by her. she is perfect for this role but i would like to see more of adarsh also. he too should have equal screen space.

Yes Megha. Tridha was good as the nervous newbie. Her pain, her inability to speak for what she believes in everything came out very well.

Yes we need Adarsh too and how the equation plays out

As usual Shruthi,You've beautifully put words to Swadheentha's emotional state.

It was such a realistic episode without any decorations and dramatics from Swadheenta's side.

We see her shed tears in the end but silently.It's amazing how subtlely yet strongly her emotions were shown.

She may be angry,agitated,embarrased, humiliated but most of all she was numb.Numb because she had not expected her own voice and strength to leave her.Numb because she did not know how to gain back the trust of those she was defending .

She still has no plan and course of action in mind.

It was only a burst of confidence that she gained from her memory of Suhasini and other's having confidence in her,that she could ask for two days more.

I felt it wasn't lack of confidence, she is a confident person..It's more of her own acceptance of her unpreparedness.She could not sound confident while she knew she had no evidence,nothing to prove her point.She was not prepared to handle or even anticipate what was to hit her int he courtroom.

She could not put on something she wasn't feeling.It would have been a lie.

Another thing is Power play,it is human instinct that when you acknowledge the opposite party to be more powerful than you,you mentally submit to them.

It was of no help to her that she was opposite Singhvi,a powerful lawyer ,standing unprepared and inexperienced.

Swadheenta has to find her worth and feel the she is and will be no less than Singhvi.And that is what you get with preparation.

Some people are unprepared are good at putting on a confident stance and come across as powerful/intelligent even though they may not be as skilled in their work,with no evidence or results.BUt their false stance looks like the truth .Swadheenta is not like that.She needs to feel strongly about her skill and sure about ther preparation about the case for her to sound confident.

@doc agree to your points. Especially we could see she turning her head not accepting the accusations on her.

Also the fact she was late, she didn't get the file to study all this added to her confusion. And sometimes in life though unprepared we have to stand for what we believe in. Today Swa didn't had that confidence, but I am hoping to see that confidence in her one day when she will know what she is fighting for and she is so sure of that fight.

That was because if she had said anything it would be used against her in court because she was being recorded and Adarsh motion her to not speak. It was address in the next episode.
