Keeping aside hypocricy among celibrity for ad as they get good amount for that. Still I did not find anything wrong in this ad. The tagline is perfectly blend with the ad.

Brand - Cera
Brand positioning statement- reflect my style
Tag line - shape matters

So shape is here on the context of style.
It is not about fat or slim , it is more about structure nd style . Ikaun herself is little moti in this ad
