Third marriage for Jagya was needed because his marriage with Gauri was never made successful for glorification of Anandi, the marriage in fact did not have legal stand too and after how they showed Gauri they could not continue with their relation so Ganga was needed in the show to build Balak var's life after all this realization finally struck to them Jagya was wronged too while wedded to Anandi in childhood

Anandi could apologize to him in his hospital too Coming to home with his favorite vegetable curry which disinterested woman does that ?i know if here would be anyone else there would be a lot moral policing done on her by same who are giving clean chit to Anandi?

So we cannot rule it out right.
