Are you excited for Hrithiks Mohenjo Daro? So damn mysterious

I don't know how the film will turn out but its one of the most mysterious, haunting places on the planet.

The ancient civilisation is one of the main foundations of the subcontinent. The oldest.

But Has anyone heard about this place?

All the ppl there suddenly died instantly. They fell where they stood. Pottery had been heated so intensely it turned into glass.

Scientists have gone there and found skeletons everywhere with high levels of radiation.

Some speculate it might have been a solar ray from the sun or an ancient atomic bomb thousands of years before Einstein.

Then there are stories of some ancient battle with humans that came with chariots from the sky. Biblical battle.

Definitely a strange place that makes you question human existence and the universe.

Unlike Atlantis this is not a Myth.

I hope Hrithik does justice to this film and they touch a bit on this mysterious subject.

Yes I am...definitely!!! I dont care if it has any hype of not...But the subject matter itself is enough to get me excited. I always loved learning about these ancient civilizations in my history classes and I am excited to see how this film depicts the ancient city...These are some of the pics from the shoot:



Just look at the ancient looking boat and the gorgeous locations..I am sure there are more such spectacular looking things in the film...

Also the fact that Hrithik and Gowarikar gave us one of the best historical films of BW: JA..

The only thing I am a little skeptical is the actress Pooja Hedge...

But I will reserve my judgement till I actually see her onscreen.

How would you know what they did and did not know back then.

There was no space travel back then or satellites.

Vedic astrology has a pretty accurate description of the Earth being round, revolving around the sun. Plantery system and the universe and how it appears to the eye.

Even created formulae's to tell how old the sun and earth are and when the Sun will die.

Fascinating stuff.
