2. I think Rosh was a bully in school or college who wud harass students due to her problems wid her mom(Pre-Sid times). In many shows, movies n novels heroes r shown like dis n heroines r expected to change them however worse or unforgivable they are? But only heroes r shown like dis. Not heroines. But in reality, girls also turn bitter n dangerous due to such situations. So, may be Rosh has ragged someone in college or school as she was disturbed due to her mom's behaviour for her. She may have badly tortured someone. But after some time, Rosh may have realized her mistakes n changed for d better. She may have not got d chance to apologize to d person she ragged. So, Alex may be sister of dat person or d girl herself who was tortured wid different face.

Roshni ragging will give her a negative shade which I don't think makers would do😕 The possible reason is someone loved Roshni in college, she declined the proposal, and DD must have done something to the guy.. Alex will be his sister, want to take revenge from Roshni by separating Roshn from her love.
