Ishita was sleeping peacefully when Raman came with a tray in his hand.he placed it on the table and kissed her forehead .
Raman- sona,good morning.wake up my jaan.
Ishita slowly open her eyes and saw him standing smiling lovingly to her.she saw he was looking fresh as he had taken shower.she woke up in a jerk and said- what's the time.
Raman glared at her.
Ishita- what happy.why u r glaring me when I am asking the time.
Raman- that I will tell u later but first tell me why u woke up in a jerk.u know naa u r pregnant. U shouldn't do this.
Ishita- ohh sorry,I forgot totally.now tell me the time.
Raman- its 8.45.he said making a dirty face.
Ishita- aiyyoo,its too late.why didn't u wake me up.ruhi has to go school,u have to go office.its too late.how can I sleep so long.she said tying her hair in a bun and was about to get off the bed when Raman said- don't u get when I said u r pregnant. And u r not going to do any work.
Ishita- but happy,I have lots of work.ur breakfast, ruhi's tiffin,papa's milk and fruits,maa's breakfast and medicine.
Raman- chup karo yaar.be quiet for some seconds.if I said u r not going to do anything that means no work and only rest.
Ishita- but happy,its not for a day or week.it is a nine month long time.I can't leave all my responsibility and sit idle.
Raman- I am not telling u to sit idle.I am taking extra care of u only in the early days of pregnancy. Then everything will be OK.OK enough of talk.first eat these fruits,I brought it for u.he said forwarding the plate full of fruits.
Ishita- but I hadn't brush my teeth .
Raman- so what,u can eat.u r pregnant naa.
Ishita- ohho happy,I am pregnant not sick.don't do ,
They were talking when ruhi came inside their room with a glass of juice.ishra look at them,she was all ready for her school.she came and sat beside ishita.ishita smiled at her and kissed her forehead.
Ishita- betu,who got u ready for school.
Ruhi- papa.he give me shower and got me ready.then dadi braid my hair.dadu helped me in arranging my bag and now going to see me off.but before that I brought juice for my chotu.
Raman- but baby,mom is yet to do brush.
Ruhi- ohho buddhu papa.this juice is for adi not for mumma and adi don't have teeth.then why he will brush.
Ishita- yes,its true.my baby is very smart but mumma will drink it after sometime. Now I don't feel like having anything.
Ruhi- please mumma,for ur rooh.
Raman- baby,please don't trouble ur mumma.
Ruhi- I am not troubling her.u r troubling her by bringing these fruits.I brought juice for my little bro.now what I can do if he will eat only with mumma's mouth.have it naa mumma.then I have to go to school unlike papa.he will trouble u whole day.sona eat this,eat that.she said imitating Raman.
Ishita smiled at ruhi's cuteness while Raman make a puppy face saying- I trouble u sona.
Ishita nodded in no and said- my two sweethearts can never trouble me,not two actually three.my three sweethearts .saying so she open her arms and ruman engulf themselves in her embrace. She lovingly kissed their foreheads caressing their hair.
Ishita- I love u two alot.
Ruman- love u too sona.they said in unison.
Ishita- OK rooh,now go or else ur bus will be missed.see I am drinking the juice.she said drinking the juice.
Ruhi- OK mumma,bye adi.she said kissing her tummy.
Raman- sona ,u rest.I just go and drop her.till then u freshen up and eat the fruits.
Ishita nodded and ruman went outside the room.
Raman came back after ten minutes only to see she was nowhere in the room.he was thinking where she gone ,when he heard her voice from the washroom. She was vomiting.he goes inside and ask her- what happened sona.r u OK.
Ishita look at him.she was looking too pale.
Ishita- I am fine.just after drinking juice ,I feel like vomit and then,she couldn't complete but faint .he hold her in neck of time and took her out picking her in his arms.he placed her gently on the bed and shouts- maa,papa.call the doctor.see sona fainted.
After half an hour, doctor was checking her while Raman was pacing to and fro.after her check up.
Raman- what happened to her,is she alright.I mean she is good naa then why she vomit and then fainted.
Doctor- relax Mr bhalla, let me speak.first ur wife is perfectly fine.secondly woman can't eat properly in the early stage of pregnancy and thirdly she fainted coz her bp was low.now she is OK.I have given her injection. Let her rest and don't pressurize her to eat too much.just give her whatever she wants to eat and I know u will take good care of ur wife because u love her alot.she said smiling.
Raman- more then alot doc.she is my life,my world ,my everything.
Doctor- then take care of ur world and keep me updating.OK.
Mr bhalla- come doc,I see u off.
Doctor went outside with Mr bhalla while mrs bhalla went back to do household work with neelu leaving Raman alone with ishita.
Raman went to her and sit beside her.he took her hand in his hand and said- koi aise apne happy ko darata hai kya.sona mera bachcha,please jaldi se thik ho jao(noone scare her happy like this,sona my baby get well soon) he said kissing her palm.
Just then his phone rang ,he picked in a jiffy.
Sec- sir,ur all meetings r lined up.when u r coming.
Raman- I am not coming.just cancel all my meetings.
Sec- but sir,today u have a very Important meeting with,
Raman- I don't care,just cancel all my meetings. And noone,I repeat noone should disturb me.saying so he hung the call.
Raman keep the phone and lay beside her.he cupped her face and said kissing her forehead lovingly- my sona is sick .how can I go leaving her like this.noone is important to me more then my sona.he was caressing her face lovingly, she snuggle closer to him and slept again.he kissed her and hug her tight.
He was looking around when his eyes fell on the big photo frame hanging in their room.it was the same photo which she hang in his room while decorating his room ,when he was about to come home.the romeo - Juliet one.he smiled looking at the pic and started remembering the time they spend together.
Flashback
Ishra were standing hugging each other tight in his room.her eyes were closed and he was wounding his arms around her.they were at last back in each other's arms.where they belong to.
After sometime,
Ishita- happy,did u miss me.
Raman- alot.
Ishita- achcha,there were must be many girls naa,very pretty pretty.
Raman smiled at her innocent question. He think to tease her- yes there was a girl.she was too pretty.all pinky pinky.her hair was so long and beautiful.
Ishita broke the hug and said- u went there to win the competition or too see pinky pinky girls.
Raman- I didn't see her.
Ishita- then how u know she pinky pinky.I am sure she must be blacky blacky.she said making a dirty face.
Raman smiled and said- buddhu I am telling about u only.I don't see any girl there.u r my pinky pinky baby.u don't believe me.OK pinky promise my sona.he said pulling her cheeks.
Ishita- no ,u r lying.I am angry.she said with a frown.
Raman- OK.
Ishita- what OK,u don't have any problem if I am angry with u.
Raman- I mean OK,I am ready for punishment. Let's do one thing.let's go for shopping.I have lots of money.I won a prize of one lakh.
Ishita- one lakh,omg .that is so much.what u will do with this much money.
Raman- u nahi we.we will spend the money together.go and get ready.
Ishita- OK.saying so she ran to her room.while Raman go to his mom and ask for some money.toshi ji gave him ten thousands and tell him to spend wisely.
Raman- today I will buy everything whatever my sona ask for.with my own money.saying so he goes back to his room leaving an amused toshi ji behind.
Soon ishita came wearing a pink suit her hair were half tied with a clutch.Raman was buttoning his shirt when she come forward and start buttoning his shirt.
Raman- what r u doing sona.I can do it.
Ishita- I know very well u can do everything but I want to do this.
Raman- u missed me so much naa.
Ishita nodded like a kid and start buttoning his shirt.
Ishita- happy,from now onwards ,if one of us have to go somewhere naa.we will go together. Because I don't like anything without u.
Raman- that's not needed.because I am not going anywhere leaving my sona alone.got it.
Ishita nodded smiling and said- let's go.saying so she was going when he pulled her to himself. She landed on his chest.
He wounded his arms around her and said huskily in her ear-u r looking very beautiful sona.like a pink rose.
Ishita blushed at his words and said- really.
Raman nodded and kissed her cheek,she blushed hard and said meekly- let's go.
Soon ishra were out for shopping.they were wandering in the mall .ishita was busy in buying stuff for her and him.she was very happy buying stuff for them while he was smiling seeing her happy.they buy clothes,dolls,teddys,chocolates and many more things for themselves and then they went to cafe to have something keeping the stuff in the car.
They settled on the corner table and order the food. Dosa for her and paneer sandwiches for him along with cold drinks.
After sometime their ordered was served.waiter was going when ishita said- I will have idli also.
Waiter- OK ma'am.saying he was going when she said- bring French fries also.
Raman look at her.she said- what,I am not eating well from last three days.
Raman- nothing,have anything u want sona.
Ishita- bring burger also.
The waiter went from there smiling. Soon her order was served.she started eating fastly. Raman was admiring her and eating slowly.how much he missed all this childish act of her in these three days.
Raman- sona,what u were eating from three days.
Ishita- bhindi,sprouts and all other yucky things.she said making a yucky face.
Raman- why u were not eating good food.
Ishita- ohho buddhu ,how can I eat ur favourite without u.
Raman- but I am still not eating.
Ishita- but u r with me naa.u can eat if u want.now keep quiet.let me eat peacefully. She said shaking her head making her pony move along making her look more cute.after that she started eating again while he was smiling at her cuteness eating his sandwich slowly.
They were enjoying their private time when they heard someone saying- eat eat.u must eat this much to become fat like ur happy.
They look at the source of the voice and found these r the same boys who were teasing ishita that day.
Raman- what rubbish u r talking. Just get lost.he said in anger.
Boy 1-we r not disturbing ur food .we have just come to ask did she want something more to eat.may be she wanna give u company. Saying so he laughed.
Boy 2-hey waiter,come and serve them everything u have in ur kitchen.they r competing who will be more fatter.
Ishita left the food and said sobbing- happy,let's go from here.they r not good boys.
Raman look at her and said wiping her tears- u eat babu,don't give a damn to them .
Boy3-babu?hehehe u guys r damn funny,she look sexy not ba,he couldn't complete as Raman punched him on his tummy.he fell on the floor.
The two other boys look at him in shock while ishita jump in excitement. The other two boys came to Raman to beat him but he was fast enough. He hold their wrist and turn them holding their neck.
Raman- I never fought ,doesn't mean I can't fight.nobody can dare to badmouth about my sona or else I will not leave him.understood.
Ishita saw this and start clapping,jumping in excitement. Raman saw this and smiled.
They said- understood Raman.we will not trouble u and sona,
Raman roared- don't dare to call her sona.she is only my sona.
They said- sorry ur sona. Now please let us go.
Raman- first go and say sorry to her.
They went to her and said- sorry ishita.we r extremely sorry.
Ishita- dekha,mere happy ko gussa aata hai naa.toh kisiko nahi chodte(did u saw.when my happy is angry,he don't leave anyone)
Boys- please forgive us Ishita.
Ishita- jao maaf kiya.tum bhi kya yaad rakhoge(u guys r forgiven. Get lost)
They ran from there saving their dear lifes.
Ishita ran to him and hugged him tightly and kissed his cheek- wah ,mere hero.u r the best.never seen u so much angry.
Raman blushed at her sudden action and said- sona,we r in cafe.and how can I let them say nonsense about u.come let's eat and go home.
Ishita- nah,I am full.let's go home.
Raman- OK,saying so he goes and settled the bill and went back to home together.
Soon they were back to home.toshi ji was startled seeing their shopping.
Raman give a salwar suit to toshi ji and said- maa ,this is for u.
Toshi ji was more then happy getting a gift from his son's first earning.
Raman- I got gift for papa and appa also.can I go and give them.
Toshiji- puttar ,ur papa is not at home.vishwa is in his house ,u can go and give him gift.
Raman- OK,saying so he goes to his room and take out something from his cupboard and went to vishwa while ishita was busy in telling toshi ji how her happy beat them eating chocolate.
Raman went to appa's room and said- appa,may I come in.
Appa saw him and said- come kanna.why u r asking.come inside.its ur house only.
Raman came in and said giving him a packet- appa,this is for u.I got it from my first earning.I mean from the money I won in competition.
Appa took it and said- shall I open it.
Raman nodded in yes.
Appa open it and saw ,it was a veshti with white shirt.he had tears in his eyes.
Raman- do u like appa.
Appa hugged him and kissed his forehead.
Appa- I loved it Raman.I will keep it for all over my life.my son brought it from his first earnings.
Raman- appa,I want something from u.
Appa- tell me kanna.what u want.
Raman- I want that neckpiece which u have purchased.which I wanna gift to sona.this is the money.he said forwarding a cheque.
Appa saw it.it was the prize money of fifty thousand which he won in the competition.
Appa- what this kanna.
Raman- I got a prize money of one lakh.I gave fifty thousand to papa and saved this for u.now give me my sona's pendant set.
Appa- its not needed kanna.I can't take money from u.
Raman- its needed appa.I want to gift her with my own money and this is my earnings.
Appa hugged him warmly and said- but u have to give me something more for that neckpiece.
Raman- what appa.
Appa- a promise.a promise that u will fulfill all her wishes like this for the whole life.a promise that u will keep her happy throughout her life.u will be the happiness of her life ,her happy today and forever.
Raman- I promise appa.I will keep her happiness above mine.she will be always my first preference.
Appa hugged Raman tightly mouthing a thank u.
