The fight starts with kunj pushing yuvi to the floor in the hospital corridor. He then pushes yuvi into a room. Kunj then starts rolling up his sleeves and phir starts beating yuvi blue-black. Punch pe punch pade yuvi ko but yuvi also retorts back and punches kunj in his stomach and momentarily gains the upper hand. He pins kunj to the door but kunj overpowers him and pins him instead. Yuvi has bruises on his face too. Kunj is beating the crap out of him
Sidhant says kunj only gets angry when water raises above the danger level and when someone speaks ill of twinkle or tries to harm her. that's what kunj can't tolerate. So something similar caused this fight.
Voiceover says about last nigh's happenings and how acid falls on mahi's face disfiguring her. They also tell us that yuvi reaches the hospital to romance mahi
Zain says he reached the hospital and how he deals woth people there and what drama he does is interesting. Kunj amd twinkle know as to what he is upto and his antics cause the fight.
Voiceover also says that a special stunt master was roped in to help sid and zain train for this scene but sid had trouble shooting it.
Sidhant says that his kurta is very tight and his dhoti is as loose as it can get so yeah it was an issue. He says jitna tight mera kurta hai utni hi loose yeh dhoti hai but he'll handle it. And they gave him a tight kurta and loose dhoti to adjust it out.
Voiceover says that kunj's love for twinkle is going to create troubles for him as yuvi is gonna make things complicated in twinj's life
