This movie was the "modern" version of Barjatya's own "chitchor".
And Hritik was the modern version of Amol Palekar. And Kareena of Zarina Wahab.The contrast is on your face.
Talk of ruining ones own concept. How DID it end up sooo bad!

This film was a genuine 😲 for me. Who would have thought a film with two Prems and Sooraj Bharjatya directing would turn out like this. This man directed Salman, a young Salman to one of the most evergreen movies of all times in MPK and then iconic HAHK. Then this happened. How ?

You can only blame the actors so much. Kareena was in her Poo phase and she was annoying as heck, but this film took her to another level. I have stared at Hrithik in his earliest movies because of his looks without knowing what else happened in a scene, this film cured me of that. I could not even finish the movie. When people talk about the Hrithik Kareena chemistry, I think 'in this movie, what were you on ?' 😆. The only explanation for me is SB was possessed by aliens and lost his mind. Nothing explains this movie, nothing.
