My, My...My transfiguration classes are going well indeed---here I am, with Her Higness Saku having transformed me from Winter Lady to the Duchess of Dawn. 😆 😉

What a lovely OS, Saku. Filled with things I adore...the smell of damp earth after a shower, memories of dancing and leaping into puddles...driving along a road with verdant green on each side...I was lost in the imagery.

As always, some beautifully deft touches caught my eye. The road streaming like the coils of a snake into the distance, bound by the thickets on each side, was a lovely image. As was Swara's joyous, rain soaked smile, when Sanskaar let the window on her side down, letting her feel, experience the freshness of the spring rain...

At least a dozen benefits of being a grownup, huh, Mr Maheshwari? 😳 With a smolder in his eyes, to boot. ☺️

That one liner, by the way, was so profound. That some pleasures, some lovely memories, need not (and should not) be timebound. Lovely!

Which all came to one of the most sublimely lovely romantic moments between Swara and Sanskaar. Where he takes her to a plot of land, and proceeds to describe in loving detail, the dream he has of their future together. Of a home surrounded with blossoms of every conceivable color, of watching sunsets together from a balcony overlooking those flowers...(Incidentally, my dreams are very similar. 😊) And that supremely moving moment when Swara realizes that these were her dreams as a girl, ones which she kept talking about to her best friend, Sanskaar.

It was superb, and very, very moving, Saku. The fact that they had been so intertwined, a part of each other, for so many, many years. From the time they even started thinking of a future, let alone their future. I think both of them always took for granted that they were going to be in each others lives. Without even realizing it, every dream of theirs included the other---and like Swara realizes now, her dreams were a future with Sanskaar. He wasn't part of her dreams of the future, he was her future itself! And I'm sure, it was the same with him, too.

Such is what we call a love which seems almost predestined isn't it? Some bonds are like that---seem to be written in the stars. Swara and Sanskaar are one such---in the serial of course, but equally (and even more so), in your winterland series, now going into spring.

LOVED it. I'm already completely emotionally invested with the winter land series...it is so very dear to my heart! I hardly think I could love those more, but the spells are certainly adding a supremely lovely sheen, an aura to the saga. 🤗 🤗

That is the imagery your story evokes - as Sanskaar and Swara finally step from the cold Winterland into Spring - of hopes and dreams. And the drive is indeed reminiscent of the same - recollections of their childhood days with a tantalising glimpse of what the future holds for them.

So Sanskaar who called rain as 'mud & water with infections' now feels liberated by that very rain.

Swara sounded so wistful when she wishes she did not grow up, when it was just Sanskaar and herself - even though they are together now, the dark memories of winter has left its touch. Then later, Sanskaar rolls down the window glass and watches her get drizzled, while saying that some pleasures are not time bound, that was his way of allowing her to relive some of her best moments.

When Sanskaar shows Swara what he plans to make her dream a reality- he says it is his dream and then she remembers that it was actually her dream, she asks him, " tell me honestly, Sanskaar, since when did we love each other?"

I know the answer to that one😉 - "over space, across time and down the ages - eternally"

Wow another spinoff this brought a big 😃 on my face it was so beautiful nice n cute finally they HV gt their spring their own world filled with happiness n the dream it was so beautiful it is hard to find since when they love eachother really great lvd it

Bless you for these spin offs, which are like treat morsels that keep coming after the delicious feast, which greedy ones like me did just not want to end! I saw this yesterday and wanted to have "proper" read and then write a detailed comment so given work was crazy and had to get out chapter 12 of DK too, I saved this for today. Started my day reading this whereas yesterday started with reading Viji's latest- so 2 good starts to this week guaranteed 😃

This was just so sublimely blissful- a bit inadequate to describe really but it does sum up the warm sense of contentment I got at thinking of our golden couple like this, as well as the lovely tingles of thrill at the romance. I love the fact that this looks to Spring and that not only did they find their Utopia in each other but Sanskaar (the most amazing one of them all😃) is literally building it for his love!

The whole scene in the car- with tiredness disappearing due to the peace she brings him, his pleasure in her, her sense of contentment with him, the gently falling rain, reminding them of her carefree days- all so lovely. I love rains when enjoyed like that. There is a scene a friend and I have worked out for a different project and different couple and this really made me feel so good to see how well cars and rain scenes if done properly could work. I also like how she felt she couldn't be that old Swara anymore so he then helped "re-create" a mix of that one with the one currently living but still happy and free with him. And that slight moment of awareness even with the most innocuous of his comments 😳. Oh and I should have said- I love Border and that song too ❤️

Then comes the magical part- sighhh!!! Sanskaar really IS the dream isn't he. I salute you for how you wrote that whole scene that ensued. The idea of this plot of land that he bought, already thinking about them growing old together and wanting to make her childhood dream come true, the way he described her own dream but infused it with such love that it made it even more beautiful and then his simple but heartbreakingly effective request to let him share that with her- it was utterly gorgeous 👏👏👏. The way this piece ended too- perfecto!

Just adored it so thank you! I will read 2 in the lunch break I hope I'll get at some point and comment!

#1 Dream was awesome.
their childhood memories considering the rain and how swasan were lost in each other was just spell bound.
The surprize,swara's reaction,that scene...and ya that dream..wow
You are very talented
i enjoyed each and every line in this short update
their cute nok-jhok was so cute
the song from border was just perfect for sanskar as swara said
and that last question of swara
well they were in love from ages ...probably from their last birth...
