I think it would be 1/3

But 3 would be an awesome twist.. where T can say what r u saying to N.. and N can say that ur marrying A for the property and wen m asking to write the property in ur name wats the problem and u dnt have to marry A anymore..

Tannu wants to marry Abhi.. so she will not let Nikhil to just ask property... Tannu wants constant source of income.. not just one off property.
