Question about promo

I saw the promo video with a bottke being tossed and Twinkle screaming. In the promo caps Yuvi has the bottle in his hand.

we also dont know...they just showed uv throwing bottle and twinkle screaming..only screaming sound was there...she was not shown..and kunj leela screamed twinkle...

Zee promos are always misleading

The promo was just a hint that either Kunj or Twinkle going to get hurt while "Saving the other"

"Test of Love" means how one puts life in danger while saving the other
