Manu is not the cause but Krish might have not got full memory of madhav, so he might be made to believe Manu as the reason, so he might behave like this with her.

I doubt he's going to treat her badly cos of something like that. There's definitely more to it and it's not that krish has a misconception that manu was the reason of the deaths.

My theory is somewhat closer to this one. I think Krish is Anamika's son, means half Naag, he doesn't remember anything or only remember few flashbacks that (with the help of Maya) are distorted in believing that Manu was the culprit behind the death of his mom, naags or his previous family. He may not trust Radhika as he knows she is Manu's rebirth. So he will do everything to harm her until he remembers/learns the full truth. And than will be the redemption track.
