Cinestars Ki Khoj fame Meenu Panchal to enter Zee TV's Kaala Teeka

The first runner-up of India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj, Meenu Panchal is all set to play a very decisive role in Zee TV's Kaala Teeka (DJ's - A Creative Unit). The girl has earlier done the fiction shows Singhasan Battisi andBandhan.

In Kaala Teeka, Meenu will play the role of Sharmila, the elder sister of the male lead Yug (Rohan Gandotra). She will be very possessive about her brother, and will have an aversion towards their Pishimaa (Daljiet Kaur) owing to a bad past. She will have a grey to negative character to portray in the drama series.

When contacted, Meenu confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I have started shooting for Kaala Teeka. I have a very important role to play, and will be the sister of Yug."

Actress Geeta Agarwal too will join the cast of Kaala Teeka as Yug's grand mother.

Why do CVs bring the same gissa pitta track of some family member being possessive of Male Lead?!
This track is also done to death in many shows.
Eg : Reminds me of Kasam Se.. Zee TV show where Jigyasa was possessive of her brother Jai Walia (who was owner of Walia empire).
