I have immense respect for you as an actor.

But ETR2 has damaged your reputation completely.

Ma'am, how are you able to perform the way these people ask you to? Your performance is so loud, so over the top, so amateurish?

An actress of your stature should be able to tell the director that you can't go so over the top with your performance,

Vamps and villains don't have to be turned into jokers. Even the Joker was not a joke!

Please don't do this to your fans..

It is a tragedy to see such a fine actress reduced to grimacing and overacting the way you are in this show.

Please refuse to make, for want of a better word, monkey faces in the name of acting.

yes ,the way surekha mam has acted in other shows is commendable!! but here they r making her do utter nonsense!! i hope she takes a stand soon or its better that this show ends!! they have really wasted her talent!!

Bertie, she said she is shaitan in tonites episode.

She is acting to make u feel that way,abhor her. So guess she succeeded.

Bertie, I didn't have to read your whole post before I pressed the like button.
I simply can't stand SS in this role from Day 1. Who on earth told her to do a caricature? She's simply annoying.

I mentioned SS in jyothi's post. Looks like she wanted a change from being Dadisa...that was and is an awesome act. I think she wanted to do something diametrically opposite to that. It seems she crossed all boundaries here.

No Genny...I don't hate BRM..in fact I hardly see BRM..I am only seeing Surekha Sikri doing such a caricaturish take that I want to tell her to please stop!

Very, very irritating , Pippa..I mean the same character could have been played with true venom..she didn't have to descend to this..

Have not seen her as Dadisa...so don't know much about that act!

^^Bertie, true. What a difference a single expression, look or even the intonation would have made.

You won't recognise SS in Balika Vadhu...she's simply awesome, at least she was, when I watched for a brief period..when an actor called Siddharth Shukla was the lead.

I feel SS's rendering of BRM is a reflection of the sentiment or lack of, by the PH and Cvs towards the audience and their job.

It's like they are making fun of us.

I have to say this, this character of SS is the worst character of her career.. No one can believe that she's the same dadisa of BV

@Bertie I have watched SS in Mahakumbh. She is a real class actor and subtlety is her forte. As Rudra's dadi in MK she was awesome. You can read my post on her in this link.

And what a mess she was doing in ETR2. When I saw SS and AR in the initial episodes I was waiting for the takkar between these 2 in a classic fashion along with the love story. And it would have been a treat. Instead they made a great performer OTT

I was very excited when SS was roped in for this show and loved her initial epis, before she was revealed as the veiled woman.
It was downhill from there and fake Sulu's track buried her deep down.

Chach-Chahi do the comic villain so effortlessly, i don't know why she chose to/ agreed to act as a joker.

This is certainly one of her career destroying roles.
