Kartik needs some brains as well. He promised the moon and stars but where is the delivery of said moon and stars? He always wants his way, treated Survi like crap then when he discovered she was not responsible for his mother's fall overnight expected Survi to fall into his arms. He pursued her, confessed his love but then quickly had a change of heart and handed her like a ripe plum to his brother. Said brother disappeared and Kartik married Survi but still refused to take her home or acknowledge her as his wife until the queen of creation, Tai agreed to receive Survi. Tai faked acceptance, Kartik brought Survi home but was not able to accept the relationship because of guilt. Aniket's request to him to accept Survi works wonders instantaneously and Kartik who had been throwing Survi around like a yo-yo all of a sudden is lovey dovey and wants her as his wife. Oh, let's not forget his promise to love her and to allow her to accept this marriage at her own sweet time. He also swears to never hurt her and always protect her. She oversleeps on his bday (after the fever fiasco) and like a pouting child, Kartik is all set to extract his revenge. To insult his wife in public (throw back to what he had her do before - dress up as a waitress in his party) is not kosher. Where did his (empty) promises go? Kartik needs to learn to trust and appreciate Survi.

U have totally nailed it. Everything is true. Kartik treats Survi like shit. I have not seen him doing anything loving for her. He is always ready to get angry on her.
