Hi everyone, I am Nikhad...A huge Meet Fan...Meet means a world to me...I was a silent Meet Story reader till I found Fatima on twitter...Since I was a big fan of her FF 'Adha Ishq' I told her about it and asked If I could write one too...She was very happy to know about me and encouraged me...So here I am with a story of mine, to be honest with a dream of mine...I have written stories in two other serial forums on Indiaforums till now, but I always wanted to write one about Meet because they are the most special for me...I thought, after this long years, maybe this forum would not be open till now but to my great surprise I found it open...
Thank you for bearing with my blabbering and here comes the story now...
Meet FF: ||On a Journey with You||
PROLOGUE
It was a summer morning, the sun rays were falling on the green fields of Ambala...A girl of 19 was running through the fields with a box of sweets in her hand...She was distributing sweets in the whole village...
-Uncle, uncle, grab some sweet! Kiddo, grab some...You also take some, hey you!
She was going crazy in happiness. Why wouldn't she? The dream of her parents, her sister was coming true...Her sister, her Heer didi was getting married. Heer, Heer Maan, the daughter of Balraaj and Teji Maan. She was about to tie the knot. That too with Prem Juneja, the Prem juneja with whom her marriage was fixed since childhood...Heer did not remember anything about Prem but she had already accepted him as her husband because since childhood she was raised as so. Prem was no different too. He was raised in Canada since when he was just 12 but he had always potrayed Heer as his dream girl...Sadly, cause of the turns and twists of life, both the Juneja and the Maan family lost all their contacts but Balraaj knew that his friend would keep his promise and one day he would surely come in light again...That was a right belief, Lalit Juneja, the owner of the Juneja Empire and the father of Prem Juneja kept his promise..He and his wife Gayatri Juneja left no stone unturned to search any contact of the Maans. Finally before last two weeks, they managed to find the contact number of Balraj. And then that was the day, Meher distributing sweets to everyone because the Juneja family was about to reach Ambala to fix up the date and all the plans of the wedding...Oh wait, who is Meher? All of you have guessed already I think. Yes, she was another Maan. Meher Maan, the younger daughter of Balraj and Teji and Heer's younger sister...Meher was a very pretty and bubbly girl. Always alive and had a smile which can make you forget the world for some moments...
While Meher was busy distributing sweets, a kid came to her and pulled her kamiz from behind...
Meher: What happened Chintu? Why are you breathing so loudly? *Getting tensed*
Chintu: Meher didi, Meher didi, Teji Chachi is calling you, Juneja family is here...I came running to you...*Breathing loudly*
Meher's lips just bloomed with a wide beautiful smile and she hugged the little kid...
Meher: Chintu, calm down! Meher didi is going home and here *breaking the hug* take this laddoo...
After giving the laddo to Chintu, Meher rushed towards her home...Reaching home, she found her elder sister Heer was taking the gifts inside from the drawing room which must the Juneja's had got for them...Meher went near Heer and gave her a hand.
Meher: Didi, why are you alone here? Are these gifts for us? Too many, aren't they? *surprised to see the number of the wrapped gift boxes*
Heer: Meher?! You came back? Phew! Yeah they are for us, Gayatri chachi, Kulraj didi and Veera had done all these shoppings for us from Canada..*blushing*
Meher: Aha, just look at your cheecks once...Already red as cherrys! *Teasing*
Heer: Shut up Meher! *Blushing* Oh I forgot to tell you, listen leave these boxes..Maa and Papaji have gone to the fields with everyone of the Juneja family expect Preet to show them our farming lands...Preet is waiting for you in your room...He was searching for you like crazy since he reached here...Go and check on him..
Meher: Preet?! Isn't he the youngest son of Lalit chachu and Gayatri Chachi? Why is he searching me? *Confused*
Heer: Duffer! How can you forget that you were besties at childhood.
Meher: He still does remember it?! *Surprised* I mean, we both were only 7 when they left for Canada...
Heer: Haha, I guess so, he has some pictures of you and him with him, which he was wanting to show you..Maybe from those pictures and hearing from the elders he still remember you...
Meher: Oh okay! I am going but first let me help you...Not much left here...
Meher helped Heer placing the gift boxes as fast as she could and left for her room...When she entered her room, she found there was a guy sitting on her window looking outside...He looked very handsome from the side facing of him...Meher took a few steps towards him...He was so lost looking outside that he could not realise that Meher was there...
Meher: Preet, right?
Hearing a sugar coated sweet voice, Preet looked towards the source of the voice and gave his evergreen smirk...He very well understood that his waiting session had come to an end...
