TV actor Alka Verma nearly came to blows with her friend who was unkind to a stray dog.

An ardent animal lover, Alka Verma, who plays Muskaan of Sony's CID, recently brought an errant friend to book when he vented his anger on a stray dog.

"I had been to Mahabaleshwar recently with my friends when a close friend of mine kicked a dog real hard. At first I was shocked. But then my anger took over, and I caught him by his shirt and nearly bashed him up only to be stopped by my friends. I fired the hell out of him. Just because an animal can't speak, it doesn't mean we can overpower it. We can't think we are God!" says an angry Alka.

So how did he react? "He was taken aback and my other friends were shocked. But I made sure he went back home from the trip," she says.

Alka says that if it was not for her friends and her friendship with him she would have done something even more worse. "I did not do much to him as he was known to me and I couldn't spoil the day for the others."

shez indeed very good at heart..and she has done a very good job..ppl wud have overlooked this issue just because a friend did it.. but shez a very strong woman 👏

By the way she did the same thing by hitting her frd bcoz her frd hit the dog and she hit him 😆 😆 😆
