Twinkle Vs. Mahi

Alright so I'm really weird and I skipped through the previous episode but really watched today's and omg I know we've been over this but W*F IS MAHI'S OUTFIT?! I get it, Twinkle is Ms. Amritsar so her style is top notch but omg Bebe's suits are SO much nicer than what Mahi was wearing. The writers kinda really went OTT with trying to portray Mahi as a meek, under confident girl like we can get that without her wearing INDIAN FLAG COLORED BANGLES LIKE OMG IM ASTOUNDED. Like today when she was trying to clear traffic, she couldn't even say sorry properly I was like bruh. But I have to say Shreetama did a fab job doing the jumpy, nervous bit! I loved Twinkle and Mahi's first interaction because it did a decent job of showing how different their characters are, without being OTT like the outfit ya know? And Twinkle calling her an ajeeb girl, I was like bro you don't even want to know what's coming next.

Totally!! I mean.. being desi at heart and all, it comes from our behavior and how we treat people around us! They literally made her wear our Indian Flag, just to prove that she is 'poora desi' O_O Even I was gonna make a post about her outfit, but then, good thing I read your post! :)

haha omg so true mahi's outfit was so funny like seriously you're from london and you're wearing that. I don't buy it that mahi is that nice and shy there's something fishy. But I love shri and I am a die hard fan of hers she's really talented and her acting skills are marvellous.

I mean.. its okay, even if she is from London, and for a her to wear a simple salwar suit.. but what threw me off was the fact that, it was our Fla color!! LOLOL!

The CVs could have made her wear a normal salwar suit and then showed how she explains to few girls, about desi values, and how she is big hearted and stuff, now, that would be more buyable, than simply.. stamping her look in tri-colors! 🤪

Also, explain to me one thing.. how the HECK does Yuvi learn about Twinke's sister, when his mother didn't know about it, and even when Twinkle and her mom weren't aware! As a girl too, I don't care HOW shy or guillable one may be! No girl, especially someone who claims to be sooo "desi valued" would just run and MARRY a guy, she barely knows for long.. just because he made her feel special?! I mean come onnn... she wouldn't even consult her dad before takin such a step?! They make her appear nervous and jitterish... someone like that.. even talkin or meetin ppl she hesistates.. she wld go to an extent to MARRY a guy?! That just beats me.. and feel like.. its just stretched, just to bring 'characters' into the story, over again. I love seeing Zain in play, back! But seriously.. they could have played on a better script, I feel. Something more believable, perhaps? Hmm..

And also, wasn't Leela pregnant with Twinkle, when her dad apparently passed away? Remember when she was telling her story to Yuvi's dad, and how they showed he went all touchy with her, saying, he understands how hard it must be for a woman to stay without a man figure in her life, and how he is willing to give her that spot.. etc. Then how come Mahi came in the picture.. if her hubby was apparently 'gone' before Twinkle was even born?!

They just bought the story in the middle.. just to add more bits to it. hmm..

Nevertheless... I am enjoying it! xD Except for Twinke's dad.. everyone else is a good actor :D

Just coz you are from London, doesn't mean, you would be going all short skirt and open skin outfits.. people there do wear decent clothes, be in London or America. No one walks around in skimpy clothes.. unless its summer.. then again.. people go to the extent to wear shorts.. nothing less than that.
