Devsena tried telling Radhika she's Manu but she refused to accept it until she was shown the portrait. She's still going to come up with excuses but the dreams won't let her stop thinking about it. Maybe she's going to get some flashbacks but not of everything that happened. I doubt she's going to remember Madhav so soon and even if she did she won't be able to memorise his face. And I doubt he's Anamika's son. She's still a statue otherwise hell would have broken loose ages ago.
