All I've heard out of Leela's mouth for the past week or so is that no Kunj you can't tell her the truth, she'll break, we need to be careful and tell her at the right time in the correct way. All that stupid play nonsense to ease her into the idea which was completely a failure to now scream it in her face accompanied by a slap? I was highly disappointed in Leela, who started out as a strong mother, now is succumbing to her husband's stupidity and not understanding the difference between what is wrong and what is right. First of all Twinkle finds out in such a way, and then you continue screaming at her and even say, "it doesn't matter if you believe it or not, this is the truth" LIKE NO. Of course she's not gonna believe the fool RT and now her own mother is turning against her? Leela ne itna bara gubar banaya diya tha sach ka and she popped it in one second with her behavior today. Twinkle had EVERY RIGHT to throw RT's nonsense in his face. (I absolutely loved her fierceness today, she was so powerful and completely in the right. The dialogues were great too! I loved how she called him busdil, it was spot on!) Obviously she's going to be angry and confused and hurt, and Leela handled the situation so bad. Twinkle is fighting against this man because of her mother's tears, for her mother's and her own rights and it's all shut down with that one slap, which is completely unfair. I get it as a wife Leela couldn't hear that stuff against her husband, but he's deserving of everything Twinkle said, sorry the truth is so hard to swallow.
Twinkle's expression when she got slapped showed the immense hurt she was feeling. First her husband almost slaps her for this man, and now her mother does, and that too in front of everybody. Where was Twinkle wrong? This idiot decides to magically come back one day and she's supposed to say okay? I can't believe Leela thought Twinkle would forgive him so easily, helll no. I loved that she stormed off, if she can't get support from her mom, why is she wasting her breath there any longer?
BTW, when Kunj was trying to stop her he was like just listen once, mere liye. Like aw he knows she respects him that much to do it for him! But nope, she was full on sherni mode and I loved it.
