I agree with what you are saying and honestly, they can connect more becuz in real life sid and jas are very open to one another but the writers aren't making any effort. For instance in the yesterday's episode when Twinj were talking and the way he was looking at her really gave me feels but i was disappointment when the moment turned into a joke.
Like every intense moment they have, Kunj's dialogue turn into funny one and they get annoying. I mean okay i know Kunj has a good sense of humor but he does not have to joke everytime. I love Sid's acting but it's the writers. They really need to give them serious moments without turn them into jokes or funny dialogues. The dialogues are funny and nice but it gets annoying when such a nice moment is just shattered by some out of the blue joke.
