Hi all, my YouTube channel was deleted a few days ago because of 'copyright' issues, but I'm back on YouTube with a new channel and I'll try to upload all the old SwaSan VMs so please subscribe once again and I have kept a backup for my VMs which is my page on Facebook.. Please like it and I will upload all SwaSan VMs there too

Viacom 18 and youtube general licence will take down the channel again as soon as possible...

You better upload them on Drive and share the links...that would be better...or dailymotion is also a good idea to upload em...

will colors channel unmute the vids where songs r played as BG or as such??

No they will not unmute...because the songs they play in the backgrounds are from other movies/albums which they have copyrights over it...as per general license of a song it is legal to use it on any videos...but using it in other videos and redistributing it is purely illegal as per Youtube general licence..otherwise you would require a written permission from the music owner to use them...

But they can use them and redistribute them on their own platforms that is why the colors official website doesn't unmute the videos...

i have personally faced a copyright issue like this and was about to pay a penalty of Rs 65,000 for using a single photograph in my websiteblog...but thank god that i got some hold in the cybercell and got it resolved..

Copyright is indeed a mess..😆

I know I have Vimeo from years ago but I hardly use it anymore and I have over hundreds of VMs there already. This is like my 4th YouTube Channel over 2 years lol.. So an average of almost 6/7 months for each channel I've had 😛

Beacuse of that I stoped with channels I haved thousand theeem and always same DEL. I use vimeo, willtry with G. Drive too. Dailymontion is same too as yt.
