hai.i am posting first time.
take garam masala sabooth(cloves,cardomaom,cinnanmon) fry in a pan with ghee.then fry sliced onions.when onions start to change light brown put ginger and garlic paste ,fry it for a while. then mutton or chicken whatever u want put and saute for a while.then put chopped tomatoes,green chillies,corider leaves, pudina leaves ,salt,little chillipowder.saute it well .
atlast put yogurt.cook it in cooker untill its cooked.
soak the rice seperately in water.
now take another pan and boil the water.i.e.u have to take the double the water to rice (1:2=rice:water)
when water starts to boil put the rice in it. when rice is half cooked put the masala u have cooked in it. stir it.
when mixture begins to tighten give it for tham for 15 mins.u r biryani is ready.
note: when u r mutton is cooked see that water is absorbed if not cook seperately so that water is absorbed.
