Long story short. After lata wakes up and tells karthik about survi being innocent, karthik rushes to stop survi from leaving for amerkot. Karthik brings her back, romances with her and tells her he is going to bring lata to ask for her hand in marriage from srikanth but when he goes home he finds out aniket loves survi too and tai goes ape shit and shaves her head bold and karthik emotionally blackmails survi to marry aniket and she agrees and tai agrees only coz aniket lies to her that he is pretending to love survi so he can take revenge from her and believing this to be true tai plans that aniket will not show up at the mandap and instead leave a letter for survi saying he pretended to love her for revenge so she is left humiliated at the mandap.
I don't know whether that is the real Kishore or his ghost but I think it's the real Kishore as he's only targeting pyaare; he knows that tai wouldn't be fooled by a ghost act so its maybe Kishore pretending to be a ghost for revenge. The doll on the other hand, according to a new promo is survi herself. Survi is secretly targeting and planning revenge against tai using the doll.
