Can Bollywood make a movie like The Revenant?

😲 I just came back from watching this amazing film. It cost $135 million to make. Leonardo DiCaprio is a legend and can anyone see a Bollywood director making it? 😆 First of all, Leonardo's character gets attacked by a grizzly bear. It is a hard scene to watch, but what will a Bollywood director do? Get a sari on the tree and have the heroine dance with the grizzly bear. 🤣 The scenery in the movie is breathtaking. But the story is simple and Revenant will win the Oscar for sure. Can Bollywood make a movie like The Revenant? 😳 Please share your thoughts. ⭐️

I saw the movie last night. Too gory for me, but a great effort. It's a three horse race for Best Pic now : Spotlight, the big short, the revenant

Leo will win...but he has done better roles. Tom Hardy is my pic for supporting Oscar.

Love the cinematography, score etc... Emmanuel lubezki might pull off a hatrick for Cinematography.

On topic...na. They are getting better, but still a long way to go. We first have to get over the fascination of just love stories 😆

The industry where big production houses are obsessed with remaking recycled movies rather than nurturing original ideas how can you expect a movie like Revenant for e.g.??

Sadly the people who have audacity to think out of out of the box neither has experience nor has financial backing !
