Sonia--i've stopped talking to Karan Sing

There's been a lot of talk about you and Karan Grover? All rubbish! I'm married for heav- en's sake, and though my husband trusts me completely, it's embar- rassing when because of these silly write-ups you're questioned by friends and relatives. I met Karan only after I started Dill Mill Gaye and we became good friends. Please note just friends.. nothing more. Yeah, well friends can enjoy long, cosy lunches? We do have lunch together but we are never alone. We eat in a group. Are you aware that Karan has a girl- friend? Yes, I know he and Shraddha Nigam are a couple. I've met her a couple of times, we've exchanged 'hi' and 'bye'. She's pretty upset with you? Why? I have a handsome husband (writer-actor Avinash Bobby) and I'm very happy with him. I'm defi- nitely not affected by Karan's pres- ence in any way. In fact, after all that's been appearing about us I've almost stopped talking to him. After all those negative roles Dil Mil Gaye must be a welcome change? It sure is. After the venom-spewing Pooja in Hari Kaanch Ki Choodiyan, I played another negative character in Kumkum, that of Antara. Then there were a few episodes of Sshh…Koi Hai. (Laughs) The senior doctor of Dill Mill Gaye is a refreshing break, both for the viewers and me. You'll see a lot of me in the coming episodes, as a stern disciplinarian.
