true and correct.

she got bail and court allowed him to stay in bhalla house in just one hearing.
it takes no of hearings and also arguments by other party

When Rohit was brought from orphanage, Ishita became a guarantor that in case if any financial problem arises in raising Rohit, she will take up his financial responsibility so now that Romi and Sarika are heading for a divorce and she is asking money for Rohit's upbringing and better life, she has the right to ask money from Ishita atleast , if Raman being her husband also comes under that guarantorship, I can't comment on that .

Yes she can ask money from ishita

But two things

She can only ask money for rohit and not for herself.

Secondly, repeatedly, sarika said Raman to sign property papers. She can't do so. Yes she can ask for maintenance money.

She never mentioned that ishita is guarantor in the full episode.

So it was mistake in dialogue writing.

If the above corrected, no problem.

Even sarika doesn't know that ishita is guarantor
