Cvs should remember : Raman is not father of Romy

Observations in today's episode

1. Sarika was repeatedly saying Raman to sign papers of property. I think cvs should remember that it is Mr.bhalla not Raman who is father of Romy. She has no right to say Raman to sign property when Mr.Bhalla has not written any will.

2. How can Ashok prepare legal papers for Bhallas property. I am doubtful if he is aware of movable and immovable property of bhallas .

3. Sarika cannot compel Mr.Bhalla to sign papers and divide property if he is still alive. It is Mr.BHALLA 'S wish whether and to whom he should give property.

4. Sarika can only ask for maintenance money from Romy in case if she get divorce. But after divorce.


I know logical and yhm are far apart but still it is there duty to present the facts correctly.

actually she says romy is nakara. he cannot take care of her and rohit. thus to live as single mother and give descent life she needs money.
so ashok has prepared legal paper and she wants to sign it by raman.
that fool herself has no knowledge about to she should ask for property.
