Part 58

D female doctor is checking Zoya who is now conscious.

"Wat happened, doctor?" asked Najma.

"Zoya n baby r fine. She may have fainted due to some stress. Her BP rose a little due to some stress which is not good. U all have to make sure she don't go thru any stress as she is initial stage of pregnancy. Wateva wrong happened in ur family Zoya sud not think much abt it. She needs to take care of her health properly.," replied d doctor wid a smile.

"We will surely take care of her," said Asad wid a smile.

D doctor went after some more talks.

"Zoya, wat was stressing u so much?" asked Dilshad wid concern.

"Of course, I was nervous abt how will we finally get rid of those 3 people. We had to be more careful dis time cuz they r not easy to be defeated n last time we lost as they got to know abt my real identity n nearly killed me," replied Zoya truthfully.

"I thought dat u were guilty dat u were sending ur own father to jail along wid ur step-mother n phuphi so u had stress," said Nikhat.

"Why I sud be guilty in dat man to jail?" asked Zoya, "He ended up being my father 20 years ago wen I & ammi got to know his true face. He was my father but only in d name. After some time, d Farooquis came to visit. Zoya hugged her adoptive parents, aapi, jeeju, Alisha n Zain.

Farooquis were told how they managed to get GaZiaRin in jail.

"I did not wanted to do any mistake like d last wen Razia got to know thru one of my photos abt my identity," said Zoya.

"Dis time we planned n did everything more carefully," said Asad.

Everyone left d police station after some time.

On reaching home, Zoya went to rest as she did not rested 4m d morning. It was suc a stressful day for her as she had to execute d final step to bring her family's culprits behind bars. She even fainted in d process of being too much stressed.

At night, before dinner everyone was talking in d hall.

"I think we sud go back to our house," said Asad.

"I meant to say dat people change in so many years so u can't expect her to be d same 8 year old Tanveer who u last saw 14 years. People change in days or months let alone years. So, I wud taunt u dat u r so fool to think dat Tanveer is same as she was as a child. I meant dat d person u have not seen in 14 years u think dat she is as she was in her childhood. I hated Tanveer cuz I did not wanted another regressive person along wid u to put me down. I thought dat she is only regressive person like u who will only support her friend no matter wat. But I never thought dat she was actually an evil n shameless woman. U started getn uncomfortable d 1^st times wen she wud talk against me to support u beyond limit not listening to anyone be it ammi, Najma or even u dat it was ur fault for our divorce procedure not mine n also wen she wud touch u or hug u inappropriately. Dat were d 1^st times u realized dat Tanveer is actually not d same she was in her childhood n she changed a lot. So, u started talking less to her. At dat time, u fell in love wid me which was another reason for u to talk less wid her. Tanveer did not liked ur efforts to win me back so wen she got a chance she gave u dat dress idea n tampered my dress to put all d blames on me which made me break our newly made friendship wid u. Then u realized it was Tanveer seeing her past behaviours of being against me so much n her clinging to u so much. U told her to leave d house d next day widout letn her know d real reason. But she played her dirty game which she planned to play after our divorce. U agreed to have coffee wid her cuz u had no idea dat she will stoop so low. All those times, I did not had any idea of wat kind of woman she was as I wud avoid u & ammi as much as I can n remain most of d times in my room apart 4m office. Also, I had no idea dat a girl can betray her friend in such a horrible way. D thing is dat u always had brains but 4m many years u stopped using them apart 4m using in ur studies n business but later u used them properly," said Zoya.

"She was such a cheap girl n we Zingo Hotties were actually thinking dat she n Asad bhaijaan will be a perfect match," said Nuzhat.

"Even though Zoya bhabhi sud not have gotten married to Asad bhaijaan as they did not liked each other which led to them almost divorcing each other. But if Zoya bhabhi n Asad bhaijaan wud not have gotten married then Tanveer wud do sumthn to marry Asad bhaijaan as soon as she came. Fir vo kab hume dhokha dekar apne plans me kaamyaab ho jaati hume pata bhi nahi chalta tha. She was shocked to find on cumn home dat bhaijaan is married so her plans got postponed. Wen Zoya bhabhi filed for divorce, she started over-support bhaijaan against bhabhi but till dat time bhaijaan did not had even a bit of hatred for bhabhi which made her plans getn difficult to execute," said Najma.

"Razia was teln dat if Zoya had not been alive then they wud not have been in jail 2day cuz Zoya was d sole eye-witness of their crime," said Dilshad.

"I was nearly made as badi ammi n Asad as abbu by Tanveer as she was abt to prove Imraan's child as Asad's child," said Zoya wid a laugh.

"Now, I am actually going to be abbu & u ammi not badi ammi," said Asad wid a smile.

Zoya n others also smiled.

Next morning, everyone moved to KV except Humeira. Humeira moved to Farooquis house as she was now adopted as Zameer n Zahira's daughter. Humeira missed everyone but she was also happy to be living wid wonderful people. She thought how Zoya was actually happy to be living wid lovely n caring people like them. She immediately became friends wid Alisha n Zain who were happy to have a new khala living wid them.

Days passed by. Everyone tuk great care of Zoya. Zoya now reduced her working time in office. She wud come early 4m office n take as much rest as possible. Everyone tuk care of her health n eating. She wud sumtyms make a fuss wen she had to have bitter medicines. She wud act stubborn many times but no one wud listen to her.

One evening, Zoya was making a fuss as usual not listening to Asad who in their room was trying to make her have one of her vitamin medicines which was bitter.

"Come on, Zoya. U have to have dis medicine," said Asad.

"No way, its too bitter," said Zoya.

"U did not had problem in drinking black n bitter coffee," said Asad.

"Dis medicine is much more bitter than dat," said Zoya.

"Zoya, plz have dis," said Asad.

"No, not dis one," said Zoya adamantly.

Najma came in their room.

"Bhaijaan is right. U sud have dis medicine. Its necessary," said Najma.

"No," said Zoya.

"Then we will make u have it," said Asad wid a smirk n signaled at Najma to come to them.

"How u both will make me have it?" asked Zoya challengingly.

"U will see," replied Asad wid a smile n pulled both hr hands behind her back.

"Asad, leave my hand," said Zoya trying to free her hands.

Najma came to them. Wid one hand, she opened Zoya's mouth n wid other hand she brought d spoonful of medicine near her mouth. She was trying to free her hands which was held tightly by Asad. Najma brought d spoon closer.

"Asad, leave my hands," said Zoya annoyingly.

"Not before u have have dat medicine," said Asad wid an amusing smile.

"I hate u both," said Zoya annoyingly.

"We love u too," said Asad-Najma wid a smile which annoyed her more.

"At least think abt d poor baby. He or she will also have to taste dis bitter medicine," said Zoya wid a pout.

"Don't try to be so smart, Zoya. U will have dat medicine now," said Asad wid a smile n laughed wid Najma.

Zoya got irritated as her plan failed. Najma opened her mouth more n puts d spoon inside her mouth. Zoya gulps d medicine quickly. Asad leaves her hands. He takes a glass of water n makes her drink it. He then feeds her chocolate to reduce d bitterness in her mouth.

"1^st u make me drink dat bitter medicine n now u fed me chocolate," said Zoya.

"Dis is d only way to save my life 4m an angry woman," said Asad wid a laugh.

Zoya n Najma laughed at wat he said.

"Is ur mouth still bitter?" asked Najma.

"Not anymore," replied Zoya.

"I am going. If u need anything then tell me," said Najma wid a smile.

Zoya smiled back at her. Najma left d room.

"Next week, Ramzan will start. Its will be our 1^st Ramzan n Eid 2gthr but I will not be able to fast as I am pregnant," said Zoya.

"Ur n baby's health is important na," said Asad.

"But I will feel so bad seeing u all fasting while I will eat as much as I want," said Zoya.

"I know," said Asad.

After some time, Zoya lied down to rest while Asad went to work on his laptop.
