@ 2nd bold - I have no issues with HMs commenting about who is "deserving" to win or not. That is a personal take so I have no issues, even if Mandana said to Priya or WC in general she/they aren't "deserving" contestant to win because of their character/game personality etc it's all fair. Mandana instead pulled out "equality" agenda based on time spent. That to me was un-fair statement because the format of the show is open to all contestants before they start the game show and winner can be anyone even a WC entrant then who is Mandana to speak of inequality of a potential winner or finale member in the context of when they arrived in the show or amount of time spent?

From where I observe seasons after seasons of BB - Wild cards have not won in the past because they are at a disadvantage of having fewer days to build up a rappo with the audience, alienation from the HMs who are there frm b4 and over all - audience has already picked their favs, audience judges them differently because they've already watched the show by then (honestly their game in tht regard is tougher then day 1 contestants) but if they persevere all those obstacles and still become the hot topic (which Priya has) of the show then they should be considered a direct threat, worthy opponents and EQUAL contenders for the undertaking of winners title. They are no less deserving then Mandana or any Day1 HM for the competition.

I am huge believer of quality over quantity - das all.

@ 1st bold - see, I don't see it as her speaking of inequality in the context of a potential winner - she didn't say so, and I don't believe she meant so, either - while the contenders are all potential winners/finale members, they are also co-contenders, and the talk sprang from Prince saying Priya was not there from day one; Priya returned that it's the same thing, and Mandana said she doesn't agree. She seems, to me, to believe WCs are not equal to original HMs based on the how long they've stayed - I don't agree with her opinion, but I do think it is valid from an original HM's perspective - the others haven't said it in so many words, but they have indicated that they feel that way, too. We'd have to agree to disagree here.

@ 2nd bold - I agree with this, and as I've said in my original post, I don't see why WCs should not win if they manage to garner more appreciation than others. Whether they can win, however, is suspect, going on past seasons, and in the context of the current WCs, the popularity they enjoy. Priya is an excellent gamer - but if she's gained in the voting department, then I imagine it is only over the last 3 episodes, and I still doubt her votes will match the others atm.

In fact, despite being repeatedly taunted on being undeserving and non-competition, this is the first she's ever spoken on the topic. Whereas, Prince and Rishabh have repeatedly stated that they are going to win the show, and not let the others win. Kishwer, too, has spoken on these lines a number of times in the last couple of weeks, in particular. Confidence in oneself is great - the repetition gets trying. At the end of the day, it is not up to the contestants.

I don't see why WCs, in general. cannot win - they should be able to. But it cannot be ignored, that there have been strong WCs in the past who still didn't win the title. And I think it depends on the actual WC, and their popularity as well.

But, hypothetically, if I were to agree that that is exactly and only what she meant - what is wrong with that? When Kishwer tells her she's not competition, and undeserving of even making it to the finale, it is not a stupid comment, because we don't like Mandana. The same goes for Rishabh saying she doesn't deserve to win - because we like Rishabh and dislike Mandana. But Mandana having an opinion, is stupid.

THIS comment on Mandy has become SO common that it's not even worth arguing over anymore. You're bang on with this point, but people will only agree with what they WANT TO read. 😊

Mr A did swear but Mandy swears more so she deserves it. Mrs B did touch but Mandy got way more physical so she deserved it. Mr C was being rude but Mandy is a disgusting woman so she deserves it. Mrs D did curse Mandy but Mandy Deserved it as she was swearing with her tooti phooti Hindi.

You either dislike Mandy for her behaviour (which you THEN shouldn't encourage in other housemates), or you just dislike MANDY and anything she does is always worse than other housemates by default. By the looks of comments, most people fall in the second category. 🥱

According to Kishwer, Prince, Mandana and Rochelle, yes. It's a dumb comment that WCs don't deserve to win and it only shows their overconfidence. When it's BB house, who are the HMs to decide who deserves what? They are just paid contestants like the WCs though they have managed to stay there for a longer time and have suffered more. But since it's a game, they all have a right on the trophy as per BB rules which is all that matters.

This season wc does deserve to win...the age old rants of 'stayed more number of days' and 'emotionally more drained' hold no place specially in this season...
And that is because of mainly 2 reasons:

1.last two seasons the concept of hell-heaven and the flight stays were really challenging and hard for the 'orginal' contestants which the wc s in those particular seasons did not have to go through...so the 'orginals' definitely' had an upperhand in winning the title...

2. This season 2 real life couples were present among the orginals who definitely enjoyed advantages over the other contestants who entered the game alone including the wc s...so the justification of playing from day one so more emotionally drained should not be taken in to account...

The so called orginal contestants were having a chilled out vacation and were busy making relations till the wc s entered...this year the wild cards looks more positive, likeable and entertaining than the orginals...atleast to me..
