Very well said. It is the actors' choice to select the roles which they want to play. We as audiences can enjoy them if we like the performance. If not we can skip that act. Actually I've seen LT's act of kali in the same show in some SBS thing. I really appreciate these actors for their zeal to experiment n take up diff. types of roles instead of sticking to the same stereo type roles. So that it gives them ample opportunity to showcase their talent as actors. I really liked PS's anchoring stint in code red.

P.S. On a funny note, may be these poor things got bored with their roles in JA after playing those for nearly 2 n half years😉. So let us give them some breathing space n enjoy our favourite stars on TV again

So going by d definition nowhere it is written an Actor can
play only a particular role only.Don't
Actors from Hollywood do different roles including supernatural
roles?..Our point of concern should b whether RT is doing justice to that
particular role or not.

Just cos he played d role of King Akbar doesn't mean he will
b playing Kingly roles throughout his career.That is nearly impossible.Indian
Tv industry is a female dominated one.Very few shows have male domination.Majorly
all shows r either female or male-femle equal domination.

About RT playing came..y not?don't big movie stars play
cameo in films if they find d role significant?

My personal opinion is an Actor must portray different
characters which has a scope for him/her to display various acting skills
whether it is a small/big role or of any
mangoos /Naginn etc,only then him/her is a Complete Actor.Many great Actors
have played suh roles,he is not d 1^st one.There is always a
first.Someone must have done Nagin's role for d 1^st tym n RT is d 1^st
actor to do Nevla/Mangoos.The concept of Rt playing Nevla may bfunny but we
cannot question his acting skills.An Actor's job is to justify d role
irrespective of wat he is potraying whether it is farmer,dog,cat or anything.

Didn't we enjoy P.S's powerpacked performance as Laboni?Same
way even RT will give exceptionally gud performance n will hook us on to d TV.WE
R BLESSED THAT WE GOT SUCH PERFORMING ACTORS RT N PS who R CAPABLE OF PORTRAYING ANY ROLE WID EASE.

I think if people can watch it as a source of entertainment
n look for RT's performance without any preconceived notion thn may b friends u
all will love it.Those who r still of d view he is degrading his stature as an

shouldn't d a cameo..for them would like to say an Actor has no barrier when it
comes to displaying his/her acting skills n must portray all kinds of roles.

Completely agree wid u rev...we wont expect wid rt n ps iconic characters like jodha n akbar in their every shows...they need different roles to show their versatility as an actor...n for that mangoos role of rt i just wnt to say he's going to play icchadari nevla that nt mean he's act in nevla getup he play that role as normal human like mouni n ada r playing their icchadari naagin role n i m sure that role need powerpect performance thats why ekta choose rt coz more than anyone its ekta who knw n believe in rt talent thats why she hv him akbar role in jodha akbar n rt himself said this n thanks her for believe him in nach baliye toh hw cn we thinks that nw she gv him nt so important cameo role in naagin n rt who himself is very particular abt his roles accept it without its appeal him...so friends its my request to all of u first watch his role in naagin then criticizing his decision for taking this role may be rt n ekta gv surprise us...
