No, She was already ill when she married Kishore..

The marriage to Ruma, Madhubala disillusioned and turned him into a bitter man... It was Leena's arrival in his life that provided the much needed calm... (According to Amit)

Madhubala dilip faught over outdoor shoot ; if that fight didn't hapn at that time I think madhubala happily married to dilip
