I'm gonna get straight to the point here. In todays episode, Karthik was basically trying to seduce Survi.
We have proof:
Also, he is hopelessly in love with her, and he knows it.
From this episode, we can tell that he is aware of the fact that Survi is affected by his close proximity, which means that he is also aware of the true connotations of their relationship.
Romance is not a foreign thought in his mind.
We cannot let him have the excuse of trying to 'intimidate' her as that phase is long passed. Nor that it was 'force of habit'. What he whispered in her ear contained no confusion. He was well aware of the effect he was having her, and that he was doing it intentionally.
He was completely conscious and comprehending of what situation would be upon them if Survi had not moved her head in time. He ended up nuzzling her instead. The way he moved, the way he spoke, he was doing it alldeliberately.
"Abhi yehi kogi?"
He is romantically attracted to her, and he understands this entirely. He loves her presence, he loves it whenshe's in hisembrace. Friends give each other personal space, which Karthik obviously doesn't like doing. When they were hugging, he didn't want to let go of her. If he considered her a friend, he would be letting go without a frown on his face.
How many times will he say that he can't live without Survi? Friends may be the most important people in your world, but Survi is Karthik's world.
Bottom line: Karthik is in love with Survi, and he knows it.
