These two are truly in agony, aren't they? They have a strong connection, when one is hurt, the other bleeds. When one is in pain, the other cries.
Survi managed to survive because she made herself believe that she was doing this for his benefit. But Karthik...
I guess I must not have really registered it before😆, but I guess only now I'm beginning to realise what he went through...his world revolved around Survi, but then it stopped spinning. Something inside him broke. I know what I'm saying is probably common knowledge, but it's kind of hitting me a lot harder now. His hatred almost seems a lot more justified now, not because of what he thought Survi did, but maybe it was the only thing holding him together. There must've been times when he was in complete and utter despair, when he just wanted to break down, but he couldn't because he had the weight of his entire family on shoulders.
The despair matured into bitterness why hasn't she come back yet? Is this what she wants? The bitterness matured into hate she probably ran away because of the crime she committed. She hates this entire family, that's why didn't come back! If she regretted she would've apologised! She doesn't care about us, so why should I care about her anyway?!
I wonder if Karthik felt like his hate could be his only justification for wanting to see her again, because he couldn't allow himself to worry about his friend, until she had proven wrong what he thought about her.
If Karthik thought Survi was definitely guilty, why didn't he let her fall off the building when she failed to show why Survi wasn't guilty, or when she was drowning in the river. He wanted to be proven wrong.
In the precap we could see he realised how badly how he had messed up. It was written all over his face. He could feel the pain that she was feeling, and that's what made his feel worst of all.
For most people it's just sympathy. For these two it's empathy.
Btw sorry for this really weird and random post, it's stuff everyone already knows😆 I get really weird after midnight.
