Ridhima-Anjali-- confusion

hi guys..my name is shivani and this is my first topic in dmg forum..and actually i have an confusion in mind..if ridz is that nurse's daughter then why is the nurse always talking as if anjali is her daughter..for example in todays episode she said 'meri anjali'..sorry guys but i just started watching dmg recently so dont really now the plot well.

i think it is because she is trying to be nice, but riddz is definitley her daughter. plus i think coz anjali has a problem with her, padma is trying to be kind and win her heart.
