VD is so heart-warmingly effortless!!

Varun Dhawan might not be the best of actors amongst his contemporaries but there are no two ways about the fact that no one from the young lot pulls the sweet romantic comic hero act as effortlessly as he does. He was simply adorable in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya and even in Dilwale. And I would say this is not just about the romantic/comic scenes. He does a very convincing act while showing the vulnerability in emotional scenes too. Wish he does more varied and versatile characters.

Dilwale interval. Very average, but there's more cheer for Varun Dhawan than for SRK. Either I am in the wrong place or the wrong generation

He has potential needs to utilise it in a better way. He was so effortlessly charming in Dilwale, one thing he again proved from this film is that he has got the most sparkling screen presence from the young lot 😊
