Ekta Kapoor has roped in Pallavi Subhash to play Meera in Kasamh Se, after Roshni Chopra's exit Back to Section Stories Posted On Wednesday, October 24, 2007

Ranjib Mazumder Pallavi Subhash Ekta Kapoor's eye-grabber on Zee TV, Kasamh Se, is going through a rough patch. With the lead girl Prachi Desai busy with Jhalak Dikhhla Ja and Roshni Chopra quitting the show, the show's popularity has dipped. To fill in for them and revive the show Ekta Kapoor has hired Pallavi Subhash (Gauri of Karam Apna Apna) to play a prominent character in the show. Our source in the production house says, "It has been a difficult time for Kasamh Se. Prachi, the lead actress, is most of the time busy with Jhalak… To add to the woes Roshni, who played an equally important character, has left the show. We were in a fix as we needed a popular face to fill the vacuum. So, we zeroed in on Pallavi." Pallavi, who is already doing a daily, took her own time before committing. Our source says, "Since both the shows are done by Balaji Telefilms, it won't be difficult to manage her schedule." Pallavi is playing Meera and with the turn of events, she will be romantically linked with Jai Walia. Pia bina... Roshni Chopra Confirming the news Pallavi said, "Yes, I am doing Kasamh Se. This is my first day of shoot. I am playing Kamal Saddanah's sister in the show, who is a close friend of Jai Walia (Ram Kapoor). It's a full-fledged, positive character. Wow! i am so happy,
i have never ever watched Kasam Se and dont even know the timings but since Gauri's gonna be in the serial i am sure to be a regular watching it. Yehooo.
wish her all the best and i hope she has a glamourous look in the serial. 😊
