As the sun's rays fell on her pretty face, she slowly twitched her face. As she slowly realized it was morning, and obviously time to get up, she woke up.

Half - asleep already, sleep took over again, as she glanced at the clock. Next, she was awaken only by a familiar voice.

" Swaraaa...aaj uthna nahi hai kya? "

" Coming Maa"

Reluctantly, the poor girl had to finally get out of bed, and get ready for the new day. After almost half an hour, she was all done.

As she got ready, and came downstairs for breakfast, the dining room was deserted. Anyway...she sat down on a chair. That is when she noticed something on the adjacent chair.

There it was...the book she had always wanted to read.

Delighted as she was, she quickly picked it up. That brought to light, a pink note, lying beneath the book.

She quickly began reading. It said :

Swara Baby, I hope you like your present. Happy Birthday, Baby! Sorry, but we have an urgent work to do. We'll be back after some time. Take care! Love you loads!

Her face fell at that.

It was such a special day, and she had to spend it all alone, just staring at the walls of her house. It couldn't get worse than that.

She decided it was better to read a book, than just sit all alone, in such a depressed mood. So she went upstairs, the book in her hand, and shut the door behind her.

She was hardly on the first page on the book, when the doorbell rang. Surprised, she quickly came down to open the door.

As she opened the door slowly, nobody came to sight. Irritated, she began to retreat. That is when someone popped out from the side, and shouted, " Happpyyy wala Birthday, Twinnie"

That was more than a shock. She quickly looked up, only to find a smiling face, staring at her. " Twinnie? I have heard this before. "

Wait...tum...tum...Uff...Shagun? Right? ...She finally managed to stammer out.

Shagun laughed at her cute antics. " Itna time laga diya tune mujhe pehchaan ne mein? Hadd hai yaar..." And she continued laughing, even harder now.

" Offo...toh tum asliyat mein bhi itna hi hasti ho? Mujhe toh laga sirf IF pe hi..." Said Swara, still not believing all this.

" Aur nahi toh kya re... Main humesha hi hasti rehti hun..."

Swara : " Who toh I know very well. Chalo ab andar aao."

Shagun : " Shukriya. Humein toh laga pura din humein yahi rehna padega. " *giggling*

Swara : " Wait a minute. Mera gift kahaan hai?" *pouty face*

Shagun : " Gift? Konsa gift? Main khud chal kar yahaan aayi hun...ye kya gift se kam hai kya? *The Jalali Smirk*

Swara : " Tu kabhi nahi sudhar sakti."

Shagun : " Taareef ke liye aapka Shukriya."

So, after all these stupid talks, they finally went inside.

Shagun : " Sun, mujhe laga ki tu itna khaati hai, toh kuchh khaane ka le jaun tere liye. "

" Isiliye, I've brought a cake. Baahar rakha hai. "

Swara : " Waise main sach mein zyaada hi khaati hun. " *giggling*

Shagun : " Accchhhaa...woh toh main jaanti hi thi. Bilkul meri tarah." *laughing*

Swara : " Chal...toh fir pehle cake kaat lete hain. "

So, they had a nice cake cutting ceremony. With only the two of them, ofcourse. But now, Shagun had a new mischief in mind.

She picked up a biggg piece of cake, and that was all over Swara in just two seconds.

Shagun : " Waah Waah...kya lag rahi hai yaar...ye cake teri shobha badha raha hai." *giggling*

Swara : " Shagunnn...dekhti hun main tujhe. "

Now, a cat and mouse game followed, with both of them running after each other, having a cake attack. The house was a complete mess, with cake all over, and two little brats, on fire.

Exhausted, they finally sat down on a sofa.

Swara : " Ab dekh...tu bhi kitni sundar lag rahi hai na. Cake is looking sooo good on you. " *giggling hard*

Shagun : " Haan yaar. Ab we're really looking like twins. Cake twins'"

And they both laughed heartily at that. They chatted for hours, as IF chat had been less.

The day had, after all, not been that bad for both of them. It had been simply AMAZING!
