Ishaan does not exists, all these traits are of Rizwan only 😊, Ishaan is just a name, no one even knows what were the traits of real Ishaan, how good, evil or grey he was
Hooda's have fallen for the love n care showered on them by Rizwan under name Ishaan 😊
when he said na k " Ishaan hota toh yeh karta" for that dialogue i am saying he acted as Ishaan not Rizwan 😆 abhi samjh aaya ya nhi 😆

Let me put it in a different way...
Suppose u watch the movie jodha-akbar or bhaag milkha bhaag...
They are on legends.. One a historic figure and other a living legend...
U watch the movie. U take their life into account.. U know their traits, thoughts, personality, life course... There's but obvious cinematic liberty... So do they show every single minute detail? No.. They have to wrap it up in 3 hrs with songs interval, etc etc.. You get a glimpse of their life...
You believe it to be real because never have met Akbar jodha or milkha singh... You assume it to be true...
Mudde ki baat ye h.. U can copy an idea, u can copy a thought but cannot copy the approach or execution...
The actors made the legends real on screen.. But are they really those? No they are reel.. Real personalities are diffn.
But the audience shall believe them to be real because they have never interacted with the real Akbar or real milkha singh.. Kehne ki baat ye h ki u believe what is being shown...
So what is the relation with ish and riz?
Riz just knows that ish loved his wife a lot... He captures the idea and assimilates in himself ( which has turned true for he has fallen for his wife already).
Does riz know what approach would ish had taken? No.. Because he has never interacted with him...

The actor is rizwan. Character is ishan.. And audience is huddas...
Huddas believe him to be ishan as they themselves have not seen ishan and known ishan except for his childhood days...
And rizwan is pretty unaware of the fact that iss acting k chakkar me he has forgotten the character and given himself to the family... So yes u can say atif miyaan k oar se rizwan though a kaabil sipahi is a poor actor...
Jab bande ko ishan ki detailing pata hi nahi h how can he act like ishan? He just stole the ideas... Initial naina ki entry k scenes yaad karo.. The man is so clueless.. He bluffs.. He is scared to be caught... Actors aise nahi hote.. Spies aise nahi hote...
Vo Bas ek hi idea par h ishan apni biwi se bahot pyaar Karta tha... But isse rizwan ko kya h? Was he related to meghana? No.. But he has to act in that manner in front of preet.. But very amusingly vo waha bhi ishan jaisa nai act kar sakta coz he doesn't know exactly how meghana was what the duo shared.. He snaps shouts at preet whenever she mentions kavya ki maa. He there also is rizwan... For the fear of being caught reverse psychology me jaata h.. Starts fretting and fuming...

Coz ishan is juz a hypothetical figure for rizwan and us... For huddas he becomes real as an actor named rizwan is playing it as per his own feelings... 😆 toh waha bhi they are dealing with rizwan and not ishan... Bas naam ka chakkar h.. Vo bhi sulajh jaega
