Something more sinister-Epi 9

Hi everyone

After Sunday's episode, it is obvious Ankush and Yamini have buried secrets far more sinister then what we know so far, perhaps something that even shivanya is not aware of. The murder of Shivanya's parents is only the tip of the iceberg, they have committed sins throughout their lives to get to where they are now and the business empire, wealth, and fame they have earned is stained with a lot of blood.

The dance sequence did not turn out as good as I expected, Shivanya was great but I thought it was poorly directed, and the random shots of shiv bhagwan was jarring to say the least.

Rithik and Shivanya's scene was cute as usual. She was only trying to heal him, not kiss him but of course we don't care because we still got a beautiful scene. Apart from Rithik's hilarious dialogues, my favourite part was when he playfully grabbed shivanya's hair, and would not let go. Looks like Shivanya healed him because of yogiraj's ashirwad, not because of her own feelings but now even she is developing a soft corner for him. She even woke up early next morning to bake a cake for his birthday, this is because she genuinely admires him for his goodness, right? To me, shivanya's change of heart seemed a little rushed but this is finite show and they need to keep the story moving in a fast pace. One thing I noticed was, before they were married, rithik seemed more intense and passionate towards shivanya. Now it is more laid back or an easy going vibe. Is it because he wants to give her more space so he does not overwhelm her?

The cake cutting scene would have been so good if did not looks so disconnected. Arjun was not on set that day so I guess they had no choice but to shoot close-ups.

Tanvi is back, god knows why. I'm sick of seeing scorned ex fianc's on hindi serials, and she has no place on this show anymore because the storyline and mystery is too good for a bitchy ex. Please cv's, just give her minimal screen space or better yet, get rid of her.

The conversation between Rithik and shivanya after tanvi's outburst was akin to taking a knife and twisting it right into my heart. I know it sounds melodramatic but rithik is placing so much trust on her. He loves her, thinks the world of her, he will stand against the universe for her but she is doing THIS! all for the sake of her revenge. I don't know what to say, while those five deserve hell, rithik does not. I can't even imagine the magnitude of the betrayal that is heading his way, whether it is via Shivanya or his so called parents. It's Rithik who will suffer not matter what.

Most intriguing part of the episode was when sesha disguised as yamini, addresses Ankush as Mali kaka, what a creepy scene. So I think Ankush is not the owner of that haveli, he used to be the gardener but killed the original owner in order to steal his property and wealth. Maybe rithik is the son of the owner? This explains why Ankush said he is the sole heir to the property, even though amrita and Angad should get their share as well. Maybe Rithik literally is the only heir to the estate as intended by his real parents? Ankush and yamini may still be a pair of conniving devils, only reason they kept rithik around is to snatch the property from him once he inherits it.Rithik may be in danger in more ways then we thought.

It is so good to see Shesha do something other than just talk about revenge. She first played mind games with Ankush then put viren back in a coma. That was my favourite scene from the episode and she looked so beautiful. I really really like Adaa Khan as Shesha, we need more of her

Additional Points

• Whoever is designing Shivanya's outfits is knocking it out of the park. I want to own every single outfit she has worn until now, and it does not help that Mouni carries off everything with elegance. The designs are very simple not too flashy or gaudy, but so very beautiful and modern. Whether it is a long kameez with Palazzo's or a churidaar, every single piece is beautiful. The red saree she wore was simple but the blouse was a masterpiece. Mouni is just looking stunning in every frame.
• The precap looked delicious☺️ and they are dancing to my favourite song. Can't wait
• For the first time, the drunk sister was funny in a cute way
• Mazher Syed made an entry as Mr. Suri and he already looks villainous. Let's see what he brings to the table

Everyone seems to be getting this deep dark secret type of feeling from "Mali kaka' thing after the first laugh that is

lol Ankush's expressions were funny but today's revelation takes the story in a whole new direction

That added to the fact that the sidh yogi or whoever he was said that Lord shiva wants Shivanya to protect her husband more then her revenge

I want shivanya to carry out her revenge but Rithik is in even bigger danger, she will realize that soon.

So well as many are feeling Ritik may not be Ankush and Yamilni's son and may be the heir of the royal family who used to live in that Haveli. Maybe Raheja somehow wronged Ritik and Shivanya both . Maybe he killed his parents too and maybe there is a Shesha connection there .

I'm curious to know how is shesha connected to all this

Another revelation of the episode was that Tanvi's kundali was manipulated . Though most of us already felt that I guess . I have a feeling that Shivanya has the correct kundali after all

I had a feeling Tanvi's kundali was manipulated but decided not to mention it because I'm so irritated with her return and from the actress's Insta pics, it does not look like the character is going away anytime soon.

Agree with all your points. The dance was not well directed though Mouni's dance moves were perfect

I am just loving Ritik Raheja the person. So sweet and adorable . All Rivanya scenes and dialogues were awesome especially when he snubs Tanvi and that I trust you one

he is a sweetheart for sure, don't have enough words to describe how amazing he is.

I agree with you about the clothes too. I wish this costume designer was there for another show we both used to watch ' sigh'

Both rithik and shivanya were wronged by the same people, all because of greed.

Also may be this is the reason he had once said to ritik he has lost his name, izzat etc, to be what he is today.

Very likely Ritik is not their son too. which explains the reason why Ritik look alike (the man in the portrait) is kept hidden, and probably that is the deep secret ankush and yamini are hiding from ritik about his true lineage.

at this juncture i so desperately want some flashback scenes about the haveli and the man in portrait.

they just unraveled the first part of the mystery last episode, they will slowly start to reveal more through shesha because I am sure even shivanya is not aware of it.

also probably the five people who killed Shivanya's parents also would be plotting against Ritik which would explain why sidhdh yogi said "har anhooni se tumhe usse bachana hai" and somehow i have a feeling saving her "saubhagya" shivanya would also achieve her revenge.

Not all five people, Maybe only yamini and ankush. danger is cornering Rithik from all sides.

also, what does saubhagya mean?
