Sid being a hypocrite

Well as I see it Siddharth is behaving like a hypocrite.

Hiding the truth from Roshni isn't my point. The fact that he is so concerned about his "mai" just doesn't fit in for me!!

He says that he is guilty for betraying her in the court room saying that she is mentally disabled. Then my question is where was his guilt when he was behaving like Raghu in front of his "mai" and betraying her?

The possible answer is at that time he was thinking only of defeating Shabnam and getting his family and Roshni out of the trap.

Now next thing if he wanted to get them out of Shabnam's trap ,isn't he again being a hypocrite trying to hide things from Roshni? What is the probability that tomorrow he will again feel guilty for hiding this fact from Roshni and prove himself a hypocrite?

That's just what I feel and if it confuses you guys or you aren't understanding anything than maybe I am not able to put my point forward!

Actually, feeling guilty for calling mai unstable was so expected of Sid😆 If he didn't have felt guilty, I would have found it so out of character of Sid.. When he said that in the court, we had some posts in the forum saying that Sid would have never done that.. so that was wrong and he felt guilty about that, I'm OK with it..

And he was not feeling guilty for that alone, he clearly said he feels bad for acting like Sundari son.. He was taking advantage of Sundari's loss and he was feeling bad about it.. That too was typical of Sid😆

But hiding truth from Roshni, I won't justify that was very wrong according to me.. rest all is OK..

I remember i had written that it would be out of his character for calling Sundari mentally disable.. well so yeah he is ashamed of what he did! 🤪 But what i did not like about Saturday's episode was instead of feeling guilty for lying to Roshni about him being Raghu just to take out Shabby from their lives he was feeling MORE guilty of what he did with Maai. That was unacceptable by me. I am not saying he shouldn't feel guilty about that, but the timing was wrong IMO.
This is the biggest flaw in Siddharth's character, he needs to sort out his priorities! And whenever he tries to do that MOST of the times Roshni ends up being the last one on his list.
