Does Dr. Kirthi know about Armaan and ridz.. well i mean does she knw they like eachother?

Cuz she does give looks at times.. and does she try and stick em together as much as possible.. like with the whole 12 hours thing 😆

yeah i think she knows.. bc rmbr at dandiya? she told riddhima that she can do whatever she wants out of the hospital?? but then after riddhima found out about the bet, i think dr. keerti could see the distance between them...

Well I was also going to say that she might have suspicions because of the dandiya part when Rids and Armi were holding each others hand 😳
