According to the article regarding the new entry, Chotey Raja would be an alcoholic who is unhappy in his marriage as his consent wasn't required for his wedding to take place.

Do you think that maybe history is repeating itself and there might have been something between Dev Sena and Chotey Raja? Maybe that's why Dev Sena sympathizes with Manu's situation so much and why Chotey Raja is so frustrated with life. Maybe Dev Sena and Chotey Raja realized their love too late or couldn't do anything to save their love?

Just a thought. But would be interesting if that were the case:)...
