Hello Everyone đ¤
This drabble is like an aftermath of watching Arshi after 3 years đ I still can't stop watching the episode. Now that I think about it, I am so glad the show ended 3 years ago ... coz if that did not happen then we would not have got IPKKND Ek Jashn now. For me IPKKND Ek Jashn just reinforces the fact that a magical love saga like Arshi's can never be created again. They are simple the best đł Forever!!!
So here is a small token of appreciation from my side to the entire IPKKND cast and crew and hotstar for IPKKND Ek Jashn. And also to all the Arshi fans around the world who pestered Star for bringing back Sarun.
Hope you all like it!

Arnav Singh Raizada steered in his sleep as a stream of morning sunlight hit his eyes. He stretched his hand out to find his wife and cuddle into her but alas he could not feel her next to him. He slowly opened his eyes and called her out
"Khushiii..."
And exactly at that moment, his phone pinged with a message. He rolled towards the side table and took the phone from there. It was a video message from his dear wife. He sat up in bed and played the video message.
"Good Morning Arnavjiii... I hope you remember what day it is! ... Nahi tho rehene dijiye... I will only remind you! ... It's Diwali! So quickly get out of the bed and freshen up and then come downstairs. I am preparing your breakfast. Jadli aayie! ... Aur haan ... Happy Diwali!"
A smile had adorned his face by the end of the message. As directed by his wife, he quickly got out of the bed to freshen up so that he could join his wife downstairs.

Khushi was preparing sugarless kheer for her husband while humming her favourite song.
"Aaj Mausam Hai Suhahan ... Diwali manane ka hai bahana ... What the What the Whaa..."
She gasped out aloud when two arms circled around her waist. But as soon as she realised whose touch it was, she relaxed and leaned backwards.
"Arnavji, what are you doing?"
"I am doing exactly what I do every morning ... Hugging my wife!"
"Haan that I know ... but I am cooking now! Chodiye humei!"
"No I wont! ... And who told you to cook so early in the morning? Its 7 o'clock Khushi! You are meant to be on the bed, beside your husband at this time. You know na ... I like to have you beside me when I wake up!"
Said Arnav, while snuggling more into Khushi.
"Haan hum jante hai! That is why I sent you the video message. But now I have a feeling that my Laad governor is having memory problems!"
She turned around in his arms and then continued,
"Did you forget? We have to go pick up Aarav from the camp and then go to the airport to pick up the rest of the family!"
"How can I forget that jaan! After all this is that one time in the year when the whole Raizada family gathers together."
"Hmmm... Now go sit in the dining room! I will get your breakfast there!"
"I will go ... but before that ... I want my morning kiss!"
Khushi gasped hearing that.
"Arnavji aap bilkul besharam ho gaye ho!"
"Isme besharmi ki baat kahan se aagayi? Tum meri biwi ho! I have every right to ask for a kiss ... and its not like you haven't kissed me before! Aur waise bhi ... once the family is here, neither will you let me come near you nor would they leave us alone. So let me at least romance you until they come!"
Saying that, he moved closer towards her and captured her rosy soft lips with his hard ones, which made their hearts' flutter in happiness. They only broke apart when they were out of breath. Khushi looked down coyly while Arnav chuckled seeing her crimson red face. Even after three years of marriage, his wife still blushed like newly wedded bride.
"Laal ho gayi!"
Khushi smacked his chest lightly knowing exactly why he said that. It had become his habit to say those words whenever he saw her bushing face. But what could she do, neither her heart nor the glow of her face would be under her control when her man was around her.
She tightened her arms around him and placed her head over his chest to hear his heart's rhythm matching with her heart's rhythm.
Arnav placed a soft peck on Khushi's head and said
"I Love You!"
"Hum bhi aapse I Love You!"

Three years of blissful memories. Not much had changed in their life. He was her Laad Governor and she was his cute and pagal wife. The love and passion they had for each other kept increasing every moment. They both couldn't imagine a life without each other now. Their love was magical. If it wasn't then, how would they have fallen in love and gotten married even after all their hateful meetings in the beginning. The hatred they had for each other in the beginning of their love saga did make it difficult for them to stay close but the love they had for each other did not let them separate either. The dhak dhak' rhythm of their hearts brought them closer to each other forever.

Let me know what you think!
